How do I order?

Ordering standard models is easy: just add the selected items to the cart and proceed to the checkout. If you need any customization, please contact us and we will send you a custom payment link for your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can complete the transaction via PayPal, credit card or using your digital wallet, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX cards and Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.

When will my order arrive?

We have two types of products: on-stock and made-to-order models. Our making time is 4-6 weeks and the delivery transit time varies from 3 to 10 business days depending on your location and the delivery service.

Shipping

Which carrier will deliver my order?

On the day your order is shipped, we send you the tracking number and the name of the delivery company. We use the following shipping services for our standard size orders:

  • FedEx
  • International EMS

International EMS is a service that involves national post offices of the sender and the receiver countries, which means that your order will be delivered by your local post.

Example: if you are located in the USA, and choose FedEx, your order will be delivered by FedEx. If you choose International EMS, your order will be delivered by USPS.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping fee depends on the model and your location. When you add the item to your cart and proceed to the checkout, the shipping fee is calculated automatically.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide (Europe, USA, Australia, Japan, etc.) - unless your country is on the chosen carrier's exception list.

Are there any import fees?

If you are located outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to import taxes, or customs duties levied by your destination country. Such additional charges must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country - for more information, you may contact your local customs office or use an online import duty calculator.

About the furniture

How to mount floating furniture?

Our floating drawers have french cleat mounting: this is a simple, strong and invisible mounting system, with the advantage that you do not need to hold teh furniture while mounting. Our floating shelves are mounted with hidden metal brackets that are included in the package.

Can it be mounted on drywalls?

Yes, our floating furniture can be mounted on any wall type (brick, concrete, drywall - even without studs) - if you use such wall plugs that are designed for your wall type.

What's in the box?

In addition to the furniture itself, you will find the french cleats or mounting brackets depending on the model. Please note that screws and wall plugs are not included by default, as there are various wall types in the world requiring different types of hardware.

What are the used materials?

Painted models are made of MDF, wooden models are made of solid wood. The drawers, except their fronts, are made of plywood.

Painted models get finished in professional painter workshop using high-pressure spray system in dust-free cabins. Wooden models are treated with a 100% natural furniture oil and beeswax (unless other type of finishing is required).

How strong is the shelf?

The shelves are designed to be stronger than what your regular usage will require, however, extreme weights should be avoided - like sitting on them or letting children climb onto the shelves. Please note that our warranty terms are valid only for regular use.

How to clean the shelf?

We recommend using a soft, dry towel for cleaning. Try to avoid water or other liquids get in contact with the shelf.

After sale topics

My order hasn't arrived yet.

The transit time can take up to 5-10 business days depending on the location. If you feel that your shelves should have been already arrived, please check its tracking number via the carrier's tracking service. If you need further information, please contact us and we'll get an update from our delivery partner.

I cannot find the product manual.

The product manuals are digitally distributed at the time of dispatch. If you cannot find the email, please contact us.

Where can I find the invoice for my order?

Your invoice is sent to you via email when your order is dispatched. If you cannot find the email, please contact us.

My order arrived damaged.

From our side, we prepare our boxes to be resistant to even extreme shipping conditions. However, if your shelves still got damaged during delivery, please take a photo of the damage and the packaging in order to resolve this issue. In all case, please keep the original packaging until we discuss the solution.

I would like to return my order.

Returns are accepted for standard products, only in the original packaging in 14 days after receipt. Please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
